FAQ
Working with Naksha
What does Naksha actually do?
We build the digital systems a growing business runs on — websites that capture leads, CRMs that manage them, automation that removes repetitive work, analytics that show the owner what's happening, and AI where it genuinely helps. We start from how your business works, then build the technology around it, rather than selling you a product you have to bend your business around.
How much does it cost to work with you?
It depends entirely on the problem, so we don't quote a fixed price up front. We start by understanding what's leaking and scope the smallest build that fixes it — a focused first project is far less than a full system. The honest test we use: if fixing the problem is worth more than the cost of fixing it, it's worth doing. We tell you the numbers before you commit to anything.
How do we start?
With a diagnosis, not a sales pitch. You tell us what your business does and where things get stuck; we study your current digital journey, find where time, leads and revenue leak, and show you the problems before recommending anything. If the economics make sense, we design and build. If they don't, we'll say so.
Where is Naksha based, and do you work with businesses outside your area?
We're remote-first and work with businesses worldwide. Because we build digital systems, physical location rarely matters — what matters is understanding your workflow, which we do over calls, shared docs and demos. You can reach us by email, phone or WhatsApp.
What kinds of businesses do you work with?
We work best with businesses already doing meaningful revenue whose systems haven't kept up with their growth — leads scattered across WhatsApp and calls, teams running on spreadsheets, an owner who can't see what's happening without asking someone. We've built specifically for hospitality, education, real estate, construction and healthcare, but the principle applies to any business with a workflow worth fixing.
Do you only build websites, or full systems?
Both — but we treat a website as one system among several, not the whole job. Plenty of clients start with just a website that finally captures leads, then add a CRM, automation or analytics as they grow. You start with the one problem that's leaking most and expand on the same foundation, rather than buying everything at once.
How long does a project take?
A focused first build that fixes a specific leak is usually weeks, not months. We'd rather ship the core that captures and converts, then expand, than disappear for a quarter on a big-bang project. Larger, multi-system builds are sequenced so you get value at each step.
Where does AI fit in — is it just hype?
AI is a tool we use where it genuinely helps — understanding enquiries, summarising conversations, surfacing what needs attention, assisting your team — not a gimmick we bolt onto everything. It only works on top of a system that already captures clean data, so we often build or fix that foundation first. If AI isn't the right answer for your problem, we'll tell you.
Do you provide ongoing support after the build?
Yes — the systems we build are meant to evolve as the business grows, so we offer ongoing improvement rather than building something and walking away. You measure what changed, and we keep refining the system. The scope of that support is agreed with you, not assumed.
Why should we trust a newer studio over an established agency?
We're early-stage and we won't pretend otherwise — we don't manufacture case studies or borrow logos to look bigger than we are. What you get instead is one partner covering strategy, design, engineering, automation and improvement, who builds around your business rather than reselling a template, and who's honest about what will and won't move the needle. When we have client results worth showing, we'll show real ones.
Still have a question?
Tell us what your business does and where things get stuck. We'll tell you plainly whether we can help — no pitch.
