One screen, so you stop asking five people how the week went.

Who this is for

Owners who can't see what's happening without a meeting — where every number lives in a different tool or a different head.

You can't improve what you can't see, and most owners are flying on anecdotes. We build the dashboard and the reporting underneath it: enquiries in, conversions out, revenue, team activity, and — most usefully — what's stuck right now. It works because it's built on data that's captured cleanly at the source, not stitched together from exports the night before a review.

What it removes

The problems this actually takes off your plate.

  • 01

Knowing how the business is doing requires asking several people.

  • 02

Every tool shows a different number and nobody trusts any of them.

  • 03

Problems are visible only at month-end, once they've already cost money.

  • 04

There's no view of what's stuck right now and needs attention.

What a build includes

The view

  • Owner dashboard
  • Live pipeline
  • Revenue & conversion
  • Team activity
  • What's stuck

Underneath

  • Clean data capture
  • Unified metrics
  • Source attribution
  • Scheduled reports

Signal

  • Alerts & thresholds
  • Trend views
  • Branch & team comparison

How we build it

  1. 01

    Decide

We agree the handful of numbers that actually drive decisions.

  2. 02

    Trust

We fix capture so those numbers are trustworthy at the source.

  3. 03

    Build

We build the one screen and the reports around it.

  4. 04

    Alert

We add alerts so problems surface before month-end.

What changes

  • You see the business on one screen without a meeting.
  • Everyone works off the same trusted numbers.
  • Problems surface while you can still do something about them.

FAQ

Questions owners actually ask

We already have dashboards in our tools — why build another?

Because each tool shows its own slice, and the owner's real question spans several of them: enquiries in, conversions out, revenue, what's stuck. We build the one view that answers that question across tools, on numbers that agree with each other.

Why do you talk about data capture, not just charts?

Because a dashboard is only as honest as the data under it. If enquiries or revenue aren't captured cleanly at the source, a beautiful chart is just a confident wrong answer. We usually fix capture first — often that's the real work.

Can I compare branches or teams?

Yes. Once the metrics are defined once and captured consistently, comparing branches or teams on the same numbers is straightforward — instead of reconciling five spreadsheets that each count things differently.

Will it alert me to problems automatically?

That's usually the most valuable part. We set thresholds and alerts so a stall — leads not followed, revenue dipping, something stuck — surfaces while you can still act, rather than showing up in a month-end report.
